Braila is an ancient city in Romania, located on the left banks of the Danube, 100 km from the Black Sea. Around 230,000 inhabitants live in the city.

Evora
The city of Evora is the capital of Alto Alentejo in Portugal. The city centre inside thewalls contains the old town - the Historic City Center- with a history going back to Roman and Medieval times. It was granted World Heritage status by UNESCO in 1986.

Lancaster
Lancaster is an historic university city in the north of Lancashire in England, with an extensive rural hinterland. The city has developed aroud a key river crossing on the main communication routes to Scotland and the city's suburbs include the costal area of Morecambe and the Trans European Port of Heysham. The city is an important centre for industry, shopping and tourism. It is also a major centre for health care and education.

Tallinn
Tallinn is the capital of Estonia and the centre of culture, economy and higher education in the country. ith its 400,000 inhabitants Tallinn is also the largest city in Estonia. A little less than 30% of the Estonian population is concentrated in the capital. The territory of Tallinn covers 158 kmē.
